Student Registration Forms
Steps for enrollment after acceptance to TMP are:
- Fill out and return TMP Enrollment Registration Form, Home Language Survey and Birth Certificate Verification Form.
- Provide Transcripts and/or Report Cards.
- Go online to SFCC web site and acquire SFCC student ID Number (often referred to as an “A” number). To obtain an SFCC student ID number the student must complete the SFCC online application found at www.sfcc.edu.
- Take SFCC Accuplacer Test.
- Meet with TMP Counselor to finalize schedule and sign student agreement.
In the event a student does not submit an enrollment application by August 6, 2010, or is otherwise disqualified, those on the waiting list will be notified in sequential order.

Please return these forms by August 6 along with birth certificate and transcripts (or report cards if transcripts are not available) to The Masters Program Admissions Office at Santa Fe Community College in the West Wing lower level Room LL 322 F in the Business and Applied Technologies Office. Debra Breland is our Registrar.
You must then make an application to Santa Fe Community College, get a SFCC student ID number and then take the Accuplacer Test at the College. After you have registered at the College and taken the Accuplacer Test please schedule an appointment at the Admissions Office for class scheduling.
